Supporting an ongoing shift from B2B to B2C hospitality offerings and services, we define market, competitive and customer context to guide and drive the transformation. By building the Atlas Hospitality One Community we connect the brands to the right audience and key personas to understand their needs and expectations.

With over sixteen hotels worldwide (and growing to sixty within three years) TSH needed a clear guidance for the student communities within Europe. TCXA acted as their leading strategic and tactical CX partner by creating experiences to maintain and acquire community members - from short and long stay students to leisure guests and city travelers. We reimagined spaces to connect, share and grow the TSH community, and translated the CX strategy to create the TSH One Experience. Together with TSH teams, we ideated CX recommendations and TSH WOW moments to create a compelling experience across the TSH audience.

3. ONE JOURNEY

-Nobu Hotels-

Leading an organization wide CX assignment for Nobu hotels, TCXA created a unique digital customer experience strategy and supported the development an e-commerce platform in collaboration with local partners. From profound brand understanding, to identifying and mapping local-level customer journeys, TCXA conceptualized and oversaw the creation of an app for dining service in Warsaw, Monaco and Miami locations. Based on reliable journey mapping we aligned all efforts across departments into the Nobu One Journey with regional distinctions that consider the perspective of the customer.

Understanding the current and future instruments that allow the CX vision of KLM to come to life and fulllfil its mission across the organization. TCXA defined what, where and how in terms of content, technology & partners to execute the Employee Experience strategy. Based on a redesigned employee journey and KLM crew center at Schipol airport, TCXA defined the right digital and partner delivery process necessary to engage with all KLM crew members in seamless and engaging manner.

Capturing and measuring the full scope of your customer journey to better understand where your customer experience can be improved. With Bacardi, TCXA redefining set of dynamic customer KPI’s to provide a hollistic view of how to manage and reinvente the party experience. Based on the architecture of the Bacardi One Journey, TCXA identified relevant data sources based on interactions and touchpoints, to reliably measure success around acquisition, customer lifecycle and party engagement. And all the steps in between along the hot and cold data.
